A naturally occurring material from Canada. It is known as Humates, Humalite and Leonardite. Comprised of 80% humic acid. Humates have shown in multiple trial to increase root mass which will create stronger plants capable of producing higher yields. Beneficial for microbes and nutrient uptake.
Application Rate:
Gardens & Raised Beds:
Apply 1/4-1/2 cup per square foot and thoroughly mix into the top 3″ of garden soil in spring or fall. To prepare larger gardens, apply 1-2 lbs. per 100 square feet and mix into the top 3″ of soil in spring or fall. For new transplants, add 1 tbsp. per hole, mix into soil and water.

Containers:
For new plantings, add 1-2 tsp. per gallon of soil and mix. For established plants, lightly mix 1-2 tsp. per gallon into the soil surface every other month during the season.
Lawns:
For smaller lawns, apply 1 lb per 100 square feet and water well in spring and fall. For larger lawns, apply 10 lbs. per 1,000 square feet and water in well in spring and fall. Improved results if applied afteraeration. For new lawns, apply 10 lbs. per 1,000 square feet and mix into top 3″ of soil before adding sod or seed.
